Director’s Statement:

What makes THE GOD WEAVER film unique is not just about the dress. It is a film about a woman who spent her whole life running from power  and what happens when power refuses to let her go?

Omolara Adegunle believes she is self-made. She left the wealth, left the family, left the legacy. She built her career in fashion with her own two hands. What she does not realize is that the very instinct that made her a great designer, her relationship with fabrics, is not a coincidence. It is inheritance.
